Abdominal Cramps - Healing the Emotional Cause

Did you know that abdominal cramps can actually have an emotional cause?

Setup: Even though I may have these abdominal cramps and it may be the result of fear and of stopping the process (Hay's words), I deeply and completely accept myself, realizing that I am safe and can trust the process of life.

By the way, fear and of stopping the process may remind you of something that is going on with you and you can also use that event in the setup phrase. If you're having this issue, feel free to be more specific in your setup phrase if you are so aware. “Delete” round of tapping: EB - “deleting any possibility of fear and stopping the process ", SE: "deleting any fear", UE: "deleting any stopping of the process ", UN: "deleting any fear", CH: "deleting any emotions causing my abdomnal cramps", etc. on all the points, including the gamut, alternating with statements relating to the issue.

“Insert” round of tapping: EB - “inserting feelings of safety and trust", SE: "healing these abdominal cramps", UE: "inserting feelings of safety and trust", UN: "healing these abdominal cramps", CH: "inserting feelings of safety and trust", etc. on all the points, including the gamut, alternating with statements that "insert" a feeling of well being.
