Getting Motivated

Are you having a hard time getting motivated to go through the process outlined on this website and in your workbook every single day? I have to admit, sometimes I feel the same way. But that's all the more reason to "just do it"! If you use EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), you know that you can simply tap away that unmotivated feeling. However, if you had a little too much to drink the night before and you just can't get moving, just start tapping! Don't bother with the setup phrase, just start tapping on the points while putting your attention on that unmotivated feeling you're having. All you have to do is move that motivation factor up a few notches... enough to get yourself interested in the rest of the process, and before you know it, you're back in high-vibrating, abundance attracting mode, ready to take on the day!

To stay motivated, get your friends involved!  Tell them about this process and discuss your daily experiences as you go through the process.  A support system is a great motivator!
