Can't Shake the Bad Feelings?

Do you have days where you can't shake the bad feelings? There was a time in my life where I was so filled with negative emotion… fear, insecurity and anger… that I couldn’t even think about the things I wanted. I did EFT about 3 times a day until my mind was well enough to start thinking about what I did want instead of what I didn’t want. Even if you don’t yet know what you want, open up your workbook to Section III, write down the bad feelings you're having and work on clearing those negative emotions that have you believing you can’t have what you want. In addition, work on clearing any addictions (even to people and drama related to them), distractions, and resentment toward others who do have and who are getting the things they want.
