Happy New Year!

Ah, a new year.

A fresh start.

An opportunity to discard or transform that which did not serve us in 2014 and adopt new patterns (beliefs, vibrations, desires) that align with what we want and who we really are.

I am really excited for this new beginning as this past year has taught me so much about the types of patterns that hinder our growth and hold us back from the life we want.

More than anything, I want to help you become conscious of your own blocks and learn how to transform them so that you may raise your vibration in a way that attracts and creates good health, love and prosperity into your 2015 experience and beyond!

When you commit to transforming EVERY dissatisfying situation into something better, you raise your overall vibration to one that attracts all good things. The more consistently you can maintain a neutral mindset when "bad" things happen, the more power you have to change things and create what you want.

• What is the inciting incident that initiated the creation of [problem]? (I then release the energy from that incident from your energy field)
• What affect did that have on (client)'s energy field? (This will be shown to me in different ways, may contain a message for you, but most importantly is simply energy that can be healed!)
• What is the nemesis that keeps (client) stuck in [problem]? (This IS the real problem and determining where this came from is another route to healing)
• What event or action in (client)’s existence put out an energy that is coming back around as karma in his/her experience at this time? Karma can be cleared!

Healing is a matter of troubleshooting the human energy field and sometimes takes some detective work.
