Step 2: Raise your Vibrations

The second step in achieving The Secret is to Raise your Vibrations. To be able to utilize "The Secret" and manifest what you want with your mind, you must Raise Your Vibrations. What do I mean by that? The Law of Attraction states that you attract things at the same energy level or frequecy that you're vibrating at. If you have a negative attitude, you're vibrating at a lower level and will attract more negative circumstances. If you have a good attitude, you will attract more positive circumstances. So, the key is to raise your vibrations. And how do you do that when everything seems to be going wrong?

  1. Make a list of the things you're grateful for.
  2. Make a list of memories or other things that make you happy.
  3. Make a list of past successes. This list could contain anything that happened that you "knew" would happen. Or even that you thought about and it happened. A lot of people call this coincidence, when actually, you created that event with your mind. Like when you thought about someone and then they called. Has it happened to you?
  4. Make a list of affirmations.
  5. Each day, establish a "flip-switch topic". Take the topic from one of the 3 lists above and then when you're feel your vibrations going down, think about one of the things that raise your vibrations, and flip the switch!
