Realize what it is you don't want

Your negative emotions are your indicator that you are experiencing something you don't want.  When you realize what that is, you have the power to turn that into something you DO want. 

Your negative emotions indicate resistance and resistance stops the flow in your life.  To re-establish the flow in your life, recognize that you have the power to transform your situation by deciding what you do want.  Then let go of the negative emotions and look forward to a positive outcome.

Write down what it is you don't want without giving it any more negative energy and proceed to the next step.
