Step 3 Decide what you DO want In order to transform your situation, you must know what you want, even if it's simply knowing how you want to feel. In fact, when you set intention for the way you want to feel, you give the universe a lot of wiggle room (options) for how that feeling can come about. A lot of people are so used to complaining about unwanted situations, they don't even know what they DO want (and are likely very afraid of what having what they want means, which is a big clue, so get honest with yourself). The more you resist and complain about on what you don't want, the more it persists. You have the power to change your unwanted situations, so in knowing that, let go of the negative emotions and think about what you DO want. One way you might answer this is by asking yourself what you'd be doing if you didn't have this problem. What would your life experience be without the problem? Answering the question in this way may bring up underlying fears of having what you want and why you would subconsciously choose the problem. It is these subconscious fears that are blocking you from your desire and you can choose to face them because when they do, they'll fade away. Again, start with deciding how you want to feel. You may think you need certain material things, or a partner to act a certain way in order for you to feel the way you want to feel, but you may be seriously limiting your own potential by relying on someone or something outside of yourself to make you feel the way you want to feel. Decide the way you want to feel and then get into the feeling of having it. The feeling you would get from having what you want is likely the vibration you need to maintain in order to create it. Stuck negative emotions from past traumas may be blocking you from being able to do this and the session will help release them. When you can imagine, in detail, what you want, feeling and seeing it, incorporating any sound, smell or taste into your visualization where appropriate, the greater the impression on the astral plane. In other words, the closer to physical manifestation! If there is ANYTHING in your life that makes you feel this way, then be grateful for that and put your attention on that experience. In this step, knowing how you want to feel and describing it in detail, will provide all kinds of insights as to where your beliefs may be blocking you from having what you want.
