When Bad Things Happen
When bad things happen that leave you stuck, not knowing what to do, and paralyzed with fear and dread of the future, use The Secret Formula to get back on track. You're restless, you can't sleep, you think too much, you're stuck, you're distracted, things have changed and you haven't yet adjusted, you wander around aimlessly, you want to feel better, and yet you don't know how to make things better. You were on the path to getting what you want and something happened to stall and sidetrack you and make you question what you want. It feels as though the world is in chaos and even scheming against you. When bad things happen such as relationship splits, job loss, or worse, you CAN get past it and improve your life.
I was prompted to write this because this is personal experience for me recently and I had to get myself straightened out so that I could help others in the process. It didn’t take long and I was able to pull myself out of it and everything fell neatly back into place.
Here’s what you need to do….
Write down what you do want. Specifically, how you want to feel. Sometimes you may only know how you want to feel, such as peaceful and confident knowing that although things did not turn out the way you wanted it to or expected it to, something better is in store. Try to avoid having an attachment to any specific outcome especially if it involves another person. Focus on how YOU want to feel. Remember the times when you've felt that way in the past. Bring that feeling into you now. Know that you will have all the love and prosperity you want… that this was a stepping stone to getting it. Write it all down... the way you want to feel, and when you feel yourself slipping out of that state, go back, read it, visualize it and bring it back into your being.
