Getting Into Shape

Is getting into shape one of your goals? You can use the concepts outlined on this website to do just that. Similar to using my weight loss outline, you can modify it a bit to get into shape. You may want to neutralize negative emotions about going to the gym, working out, or eating properly.

There was a time when I really wanted to get into great shape. I set my goal on the outcome I wanted and I kept looking at pictures of other women in fitness, imagining myself in great shape like that too. By focusing on what I wanted and not beating myself up for the “excess” I had at that point, in less than 12 weeks I looked like them too!
