Tough Times

Although these are tough times for those of you getting laid off from your jobs and experiencing other suffering and hardships, you CAN turn things around for yourself and for the entire country by changing your way of thinking.

It may seem as though the only thing you can do is worry and stress and be in a bad mood about the tough times you're experiencing and the state of the economy or your current situation, but that is the LAST thing you want to do right now. Worry, stress, blame and anger are low vibrating emotions that only attract more problems into your life. This is your opportunity to change your way of thinking and change your life... the rest of your entire life... for the better.

I realize it's very easy to think negatively during tough times and extremely difficult to think positively, but do you think the negative thinking does you any good? On the other hand, positive thinking can do you a world of good! So why not simply change it? I know what you're thinking... it's just not that easy, and I have been there myself. Luckily, I figured this out before we got in this mess, and so I am unaffected by the economy. However, I'm sharing it with you because I want things to change for the entire planet. I'm really tired of hearing about how bad the economy is... in fact, it kind of lowers my vibrations, so I figure I have to do my part to help change things.

So, this is what you could try to do... PRETEND like the economy doesn't effect you. You could stop complaining about the economy and stay away from those who are talking about the tough times (better yet, send them a link to this page). You force yourself to feel the way you would feel if there were an abundance of jobs available and you had the skills, talent and other forms of income that would allow you to live as you want to live. In a minute, I'll tell you about some tools that can help.

When many others were being laid off from their full-time job, and being forced to work part-time or collect unemployment, I actually resigned from a very nice full-time job and went part-time by choice. I work part-time because I enjoy it. In fact, I do lots of things that I enjoy and am loving life.

So, how did I do it? Primarily with a wonderful little tool called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). The Secret and the law-of-attraction has a lot to do with it as well. What I did was take the concepts from The Secret, EFT and a few other personal development modalities and organized them in a way that I could implement everyday. Hence, The Bright Future Workbook. I created it for myself, changed my own life using it, and now I'm sharing it with you. The concepts in the workbook are described in this website, however the workbook is laid out in a way that makes it fun and easy to practice on a daily basis.
